Rice White Villa with the concept of White, Open, Modern, Clean, and Urban is the best-suited design for the Urban site context with a hint of a rice fields view. The combination of a Modern and Open and Clean concept is best suited for the Urban site context to make the villa feel wider and more spacious. The application of the White concept in the villa is to entice the user with some unique design while also not making it too loud in their eyes, to support the main purpose of the overall concept which is to frame the ambiance of the activities inside the villa.

The Rice White Villa has a capacity of 6-12 people with 2 queen size bed bedrooms and 1 king-size bed master bedroom. It also has an indoor bathroom and an open bathroom.  The Rice White Villa will be best to be built on a site with an Urban or Suburban context with an exquisite view to add value to the design that can create an unforgettable staying experience for the users.
